Matt – Lead Recruiter & Director
Matt is a member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC), as well as a Certified Recruitment Professional (Cert RP).
Matt started his Technology Recruitment career in 2017, with Software Development, BI & Enterprise IT being his core areas of expertise. Matt has partnered with some interesting Clients in his time, including Dominos Pizza, easyJet, Marsh Insurance & Kwik Fit.
In 2018, Matt was selected as the Recruitment Apprentice of the Year by the industry’s governing body, the REC, receiving numerous Client testimonials from a FTSE-250 business. Since then, Matt has continued to build on his reputation for successfully delivering tech recruitment campaigns, with candidate-centric recruitment being at the core of what he does.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time at the Gym and watching Football during the weekends.
Ian – Director
Ian has a long and successful track record in business and is recognised as one of the region’s most successful property developers. In addition to owning and running his own construction companies, he has also held senior management positions both at regional and PLC board level.
Having had first-hand experience with recruitment companies throughout his career, he identified a significant space in the market for a niche IT recruitment company capable of responding to the sectors growing requirements in a professional and diligent manner.
Ian is a keen golfer and Northampton Saints Rugby fan.
